The Advanced Dairy Nutrition and Management Shortcourse is conducted in even calendar years at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. This shortcourse is designed primarily for experienced nutritionists and allied industry professionals seeking a more in-depth exposure to selected topics of emerging and continued interest relating to dairy cattle nutrition and management. The course is conducted primarily in a classroom setting and provides substantial opportunities for attendees to network with each other and with course faculty in informal settings.
Taking into consideration suggestions from delegates, the format of the convention has been modified to improve opportunities for networking with industry colleagues. The new program is as follows: an opening reception with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres for convention participants and spouses on Monday evening; a full day of activities on Tuesday including the AGM and business sessions in the morning followed by golf or a tour in the afternoon, then a dinner for everyone in the evening. Final business sessions will be held the morning of Wednesday May 27th.
The ANCC is a dynamic conference that brings together researchers and feed industry specialists to exchange knowledge about the latest scientific developments related to livestock and poultry nutrition. This new Canadian national conference is a result of the amalgamation between the Eastern Nutrition Conference (celebrated 52 years in 2016) and the Western Nutrition Conference (celebrated 37 years in 2016). It is organized by the Animal Nutrition Association of Canada (ANAC) along with a committee of academic and industry representatives.
In addition to the strong scientific program, the ANCC showcases industry partners and graduate student research. With a broad range of participants from industry, academia, and government across Canada and beyond expected to attend, there will be ample opportunities for networking.
The Tri-State Dairy Nutrition Conference is a 29-year collaborative effort between The Ohio State University, Michigan State University, and Purdue University and the allied dairy industry. In 2019, 465 individuals attended the conference.

The Canadian Dairy XPO (CDX) is a professional tradeshow for dairy producers and their families to see the latest in innovation and be educated on producing safe nutritious dairy products. CDX is held at the Stratford Rotary Complex, in Perth County – which has the highest concentration of dairy farms in Canada.
The London Swine Conference began in 2001, and continues as a joint effort of the University of Guelph, Ontario Pork, the Ontario Pork Industry Council and the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Food and Ministry of Rural Affairs.
Its main aim is to provide a forum for the exchange of credible, science-based information for decision makers and influencers in the pork industry, to encourage the exchange and adoption of knowledge for the betterment of the industry.

Dairy Farmers of Nova Scotia, Dairy Farmers of New Brunswick, Milk 2020, the PEI Department of Agriculture and Fisheries, and Dairy Farmers of Newfoundland and Labrador are pleased to collaboratively host this inaugural Atlantic-wide Dairy conference. This event combined and replaced Nova Scotia's Dairy Focus Conference and the Milk 2020 conference to become Atlantic Canada's leading Dairy conference with close to 300 participants, an expert speaker program, and over 60 exhibitors.

The International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) continues to evolve and grow to meet the needs of its attendees and exhibitors. In 2019, IPPE expanded the show floor to all three halls (A, B and C) of the Georgia World Congress Center, resulting in the largest trade show floor ever in the event's history. For 2020, IPPE will again be in all three halls and will bring together more than 1,300 exhibitors and 32,000 visitors in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Banff Pork Seminar is a technology transfer meeting for the pork industry that has been held in Banff, Alberta, Canada since 1972. The conference program is coordinated by the Department of Agricultural, Food & Nutritional Science, University of Alberta, in cooperation with Alberta Pork, Alberta Agriculture and Forestry and other pork industry representatives.
In poultry and pig diet formulation, calcium (Ca) is a necessary ingredient. In recent years, it has become clear that too much Ca or the wrong particle size can be detrimental for digestion. Therefore, Ca is a double edged sword
In short – We need to go back to the fundamentals of Calcium: how it responds to the conditions in the gut and how it interacts with other essential nutrients. Things are even more inextricably connected than previously thought; making the right choices for correct diet formulation and optimal performance of the animals depends on more factors than is often assumed.
